Sisig in the City commenced its actual operations last February 8, 2009 in the famous city of Cebu. Being well known for it’s beautiful spots and delectable food like lechon, the pride of Cebu, SITC has easily penetrated the market by selling Pork Sisig, as its main product line and best seller. In fact, the local pork used in producing the original lechon of Cebu, is also the same main ingredient of the pork sisig of Sisig in the City.
Sisig in the City started its first outlet at 3rd floor food court area of Elizabeth Mall, situated in the heart of Cebu City. Being the first ever sisig kiosk, it captivated the soul of the Cebuanos and has become successful on its overall operation. Sisig in the City was born. Thereafter, it expanded operations opened more several outlets in all branches of Gaisano Malls, Robinsons Malls, Waltermarts and Sm City. Also, it has outlets around the vicinities of schools and universities, churches and commercial establishments. Thus, on September 22, 2009 after invading Cebu, SITC has reached Metro Manila, Southern Tagalog and Northern Luzon principal cities, and conduct business not only in putting up food cart and kiosks, but as well as, to offer and sell franchise.
