- Minimum space requirement: 150 sqm
- Total investment requirement: P7 Million
- Franchise fee: Tribu Grill is P800,000, Tribu Express is P500,000
- Royalty fee: 3% of sales
- Advertising Fund: 2% of sales
- Initial term: 5 years (renewable)
